We are seeking to establish a pool of Associate Principals for permanent and fixed term, full‑time and part‑time vacancies that may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. Quinns Beach Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School located in Quinns Rocks, approximately 42 kilometres north of Perth, catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Established in 2001, the school has a strong reputation for fostering a positive, inclusive and student‑centred learning setting. With approximately 400 students, the school reflects a diverse and welcoming community, valuing inclusivity and culturally responsive practices that support the needs of all learners. The Role As a key member of the leadership team, suitable applicants will ideally work collaboratively with the principal and executive team to lead the strategic directions outlined in the school business plan. The role requires visible, collaborative and instructional leadership that fosters a positive school culture, enhances student outcomes and drives continuous whole‑school improvement aligned to our core focus areas of wellbeing, engagement and curriculum. Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- The capacity to build collaborative relationships with staff, students, families and the wider community.
- Experience leading high‑impact teaching practices.
- The ability to coach, mentor and support staff growth through reflective and evidence‑based practices.
- The ability to lead school improvement through data‑informed practices. Associate Principals may oversee portfolios including curriculum leadership, student services, behaviour support, operational management, staff development and community engagement. Flexibility, initiative and a strong commitment to public education will be highly regarded.
