We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our friendly, cooperative team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right packaging products for their business, processing orders, and supporting our wider sales and operations teams all in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. • Hours of work: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm What You'll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding customer service to existing and new customers via phone and email
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and helping them select the right packaging solutions for their business
• Supporting our customers in our showroom to chose the right products and help them growth their business.
• Completing your daily call cycle and accurately keying customer orders into our system
• Upselling and cross-selling The Packaging Place product range to enhance customer orders
• Providing administrative support to the wider Customer Service team and Business Development Managers
• Liaising with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Accurately processing payment credits, updating accounts, and reconciling discrepancies in a timely manner What You'll Bring

• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite — particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Experience using Fishbowl highly desired.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to think on your feet
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• A team-oriented team player who can also work independently when needed
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry is highly regarded
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
