Pabs Furniture Rentals is one of Australia's leading furniture rental businesses providing bespoke furniture packages to the real estate, interiors and relocations markets.
Based at our modern Hendra showroom and warehouse, we are seeking an administration assistant with retail customer service experience to join our team.
Duties include but are not limited to
- Retail Admin Customer Service
- General Administration Duties
- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry / Stock Control System
- Upkeep of records & Invoicing
- Assisting with customer phone enquiries
- Support to manager
- Support to sales staff
The successful applicant must have
- Retail & Administration customer service experience
- Transparent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude
- Be able to work unsupervised
This role is 3 days per week Monday to Friday 9.00am
- 5.00pm but will consider different hours to suit & find the right person.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $32.00 per hour
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
