Our Rostering Department is the heartbeat of our Home Care services. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the right care, from the right support workers, at the right time.

- Building trusted relationships with clients, support workers and stakeholders
- Matching skills, availability, and client needs seamlessly
- Working collaboratively in a team that truly supports one another
- Maintaining and updating accurate rosters using Visual Care (CRM)
- Responding to all communications professionally and promptly
- Assisting with staffing resources and resolving rostering issues

**Skills & experience we’re looking for**
- HR, Business, Social Work or similar qualification
- Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM or rostering systems (desirable)
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Confident, detail-focused, and people-oriented
- Experience in Home Care or Healthcare? (Great—but not essential!)
