The Opportunity: As a HVAC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly between customers, service teams and field service technicians.

You’ll handle bookings, provide friendly support and keep operations flowing with confidence and care! What You’ll Be Doing: Managing customer enquiries and providing outstanding first class service Ensuring timely communication and follow-ups via phone and email Timely quotes for repairs and corresponding to emails and calls Processing warranty claims and orders Assisting with reporting and general admin duties Support & Coordinate Technicians Supporting field technicians and ensuring they’re set up for success by stock/Re-Stock parts used by technicians What You’ll Bring: Experience in a customer service, administration or service coordination Previous experience coordinating field technicians (air-conditioning or other types of technicians would be highly desirable) A calm, positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach is required

Exceptional phone manner and customer service approach is essential Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail Ability to work with complex and technical information Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning experience and knowledge would be highly desirable, but not essential.
