As the Cafe Manager for our Zone Bowling/Timezone Clayton venue, you will lead our Food & Beverage team to success, training & developing them along the way to meet their ultimate goals. You will be an expert all things food & beverage and champion our values everyday! You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. Who are you?
- A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage business
- Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
