About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Carton Gluer Operator to join our dynamic production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistent quality, efficiency, and output of our folding and gluing operations within our IML production environment. Duties include
- Operate and oversee the folder/gluer machine to achieve production targets.
- Conduct efficient machine setups and adjustments for each job run.
- Ensure all products meet quality, quantity, and customer specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor glue systems, barcode scanners, sensors, and safety mechanisms.
- Read and interpret production orders, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Lead and support Assistant Operators and Packers on shift.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Promote and maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Actively participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
- Proven experience operating a folder/gluer machine in a manufacturing or packaging environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of folding and gluing processes (straight-line, lock-bottom, crush lock).
- Mechanically minded with positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Committed to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
