Condition Monitoring Advisor (Clayton)

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Customer Solutions Manager within our Customer Solutions Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and safety of Caterpillar equipment across our customer base.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing interpretation, analysis and recommendations from various condition monitoring sources
- Growing and maintaining the asset population covered by a condition monitoring agreement
- Generating quality actionable sales leads for the product support sales team
- Providing asset insight reports to support sales activities

**ABOUT YOU**

**To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes**:

- Mechanical trade or equivalent technical experience is desirable
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven experience in servicing or supporting Caterpillar products
- Previous experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to plan, be organised and manage time effectively
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
