**Job Title: Sales Representative

**About Us**: Anakie Kitchen is a leader in custom cabinetry and interior design, offering bespoke solutions for both residential (B2C) and commercial (B2B) clients. We collaborate with homeowners, builders, and developers to deliver high-quality, custom-built cabinetry and interior solutions. As we expand, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with both B2B and B2C clients, including homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and promote our custom cabinetry and interior design services to new and existing clients.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to effectively communicate project details.
- Manage sales for both large-scale commercial projects and smaller residential tasks.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure client specifications are met.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Use CRM software to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage client data, create proposals, and generate reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, ideally in cabinetry, interior design, or a related industry.
- Basic understanding of cabinetry production processes (training provided if needed).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Enthusiastic about custom-built interior design and eager to take on projects of all sizes.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing client relationships and sales progress.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable managing large commercial projects as well as smaller residential tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $50,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
