**Your role and responsibilities**: **Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract negotiations and management, preferably in the engineering or technology industry.
- Skilled certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) are a plus.
- Solid grasp of contract law and commercial terms and able to handle multiple contracts and priorities concurrently.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills plus skilled in contract relining, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
