We are recruiting passionate Anaesthetic Registered Nurses to join our team. Permanent full-time, part-time and casual positions available. Job Description The Ramsay Surgical Centre Cleveland will specialise in day surgery and provide services across a broad range of specialties, including:
- Orthopaedics
- General Surgery
- Endoscopy
- ENT
- Urology
- Plastic Surgery
- Gynaecology Working alongside some of Queensland’s leading specialists, you will be part of a collaborative clinical team utilising advanced technology to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care As a Registered in Anaesthetics, you will provide safe, compassionate care for patients before, during, and after surgery. You will coordinate with anaesthetists, surgeons, and the perioperative team to ensure excellence in patient safety and outcomes. You will also support the theatre managers in the efficient management of staff and resources within the perioperative department ensuring achievement of excellence in care delivery in line with policies and procedures, best practice and legislative requirements. You will provide leadership and support to all staff to ensure positive patient outcomes are achieved in line with departmental and Hospital strategic objectives. About You: We are seeking dynamic team players with exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience within the Anaesthetic role.
- Available to work across a 5 day rotating roster.
- Any postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
