- Cleveland (Gastroenterology Practice)**

**Casual Role | 24-38 Hours/Week | $31-$34/hr**

We’re currently looking for a **Medical Receptionist** to join a well-respected **Gastroenterologist clinic located in Cleveland**.

This role is on a **casual basis** to start with **24 hours per week**, with the possibility to increase to **up to 38 hours**, depending on clinic needs.

**Start Date: Mid-May**

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting patients with a high level of care
- Managing appointments and patient bookings
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Billing and Medicare claims
- Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day admin

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in a medical receptionist role (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Pay: $31.00
- $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
