We are seeking compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurses to join our dynamic nursing pool at Redland Hospital and across Bayside Health Service. Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while building valuable experience across multiple specialties! About your role As a Registered Nurse within the Permanent Nursing and Midwifery Pool, you will deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care across a variety of clinical areas within Bayside Health Service. In this role, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care across diverse clinical settings
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care collaboratively
- Adapt quickly to varying clinical environments and patient needs
- Support safe, compassionate and person-centred care practices
- Work collaboratively with nursing, medical and allied health teams About you You are a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who thrives in a quick-paced healthcare environment. You will demonstrate
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment and person-centred care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to adapt to changing clinical environments and priorities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
