The Cleveland Aquatic Centre is looking to add a new member to our internal cleaning team.

The Role

We are seeking to hire a casual cleaner for our centre. You will be required to clean in a protected and efficient manner, ensuring your tasks are completed within operational guidelines. We have approx 15hrs per week, and the role includes the changerooms within the centre.

Responsibilities

Comply with and follow all Occupational Health & Safety, Risk and Workplace policies and procedures

Perform other duties as directed by the Centre manager from time to time

Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner

Be flexible to work additional hours due to the demand of peak periods the centre might face

A knowledge of accepted cleaning practices

Ability to work in a team setting

Good oral and written communication skills

Similar experience in a previous role

Essential requirements

Current First Aid Certificate

Current CPR

Current Working with Children Check

Current National Police Check
