About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales professional who has an interest in working in the growing Aged Care Industry. Your clients will be potential residents, and as the expert you will showcase the facility and its many wonderful amenities by providing guided tours and information. You will be open, friendly and thrive on customer interaction, being empathetic in working with individual circumstances and needs. Delivering a welcoming experience and helping potential residents and their families explore what our new facility has to offer is essential. Responsibilities
- Showcase our home to future residents and their families.
- Conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources.
- Build relationships with local hospitals, doctors’ surgeries and community groups to provide information for potential residents.
- Navigate the aged‑care industry landscape to identify potential clients and meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up actions. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong track record in sales with strong negotiation and outstanding customer service.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and secure recent referral sources.
- Knowledge of the aged‑care industry, including fees and funding (ideal but not essential).
- Strong administration and finance knowledge.
- Excellent communication, empathy and interpersonal skills. Benefits available
