**Position Overview**: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Minder to join our bubble wrap production team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our product and ensuring efficient operation of our bubble wrap machinery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor and Operate Machinery**: Oversee the bubble wrap production process, ensuring that machinery is running smoothly and efficiently.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect bubble wrap to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards. Address any defects or issues promptly.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on the machines to prevent downtime and ensure long-term functionality.
- **Troubleshooting**: Quickly identify and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during production.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of production metrics, maintenance activities, and any incidents.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with industrial machinery or in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work four days a week on a full-time basis.
