**Location**: Shine Precision Industries, Cleveland QLD **Department**: Sales & Marketing **Reports To**: Director

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales/Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in sales and marketing within a fast-paced and technical industry.
**Role Overview**: As a Sales/Marketing Representative you will play a key role in supporting the business's growth through a combination of customer relations, research, social media outreach. You will be trained to understand CNC machining/ Engineering processes and be able to engage with customers, manage queries, and support the wider team in enhancing the company’s presence in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Quote Compilation**: Use the company’s in-house ERP system to compile accurate and timely quotes for customers.
- **Customer Support**: Manage customer queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- **Research & Outreach**: Conduct online research to identify new business opportunities. Create potential leads for new customers and use social media to engage with prospects and build networks.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and run the company’s social media presence, including posting relevant content and responding to inquiries.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at industry expos and trade shows, promoting Shine Precision Industries whilst seeking new business leads.
- **Finance Management**: Assist with end of month reporting by supporting pricing strategies and sales tracking.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Technical Interest**: A strong willingness to learn about the CNC Engineering industry and its processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and professional demeanor when speaking with both internal and external clients.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle customer queries with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and support the overall business objectives.
- **Self-Starter**: A motivated, proactive individual who can manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
