About the Role Euronatural Fine Foods Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and baked goods while maintaining consistency, presentation, and food safety standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and present a range of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent quality and portion control
- Monitor baking processes including temperature and timing adjustments
- Decorate and present products to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient preparation Skills and Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, or related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
