Customer Service Representative - Vehicle Rental (Cleveland)

Looking for Student currently studying, or someone wanting casual employment in the Redlands area.

This Role would suit someone that, enjoys working with people, enjoys a variety of tasks during there working day and working in a fast pace setting, with good all round skills.

Betta Auto Hire have been hiring Vehicles in the Redlands for over twenty years. We are a family owned and operated automotive rental company. Our wide range of modern vehicles hired to both private and corporate clients. We pride ourselves in our outstanding customer service and our willingness to always go that extra mile for our customers.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers via phone, and in person, prepare and finalise rental agreements, take bookings and answering general customer enquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Some light detailing and driving may be required at times.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, filing documents regarding rental agreements.

This Role would suit someone looking for weekend work and a few hours during the weekdays, Estimating 40 hours per fortnight, More hours on holiday periods if required.

Rosters can be built around study time tables, to allow the successful applicant flexibility.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Have a current valid drivers licence.
- Experience in customer service/sales would be beneficial, but not essential. Training provided.
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude with a go to attitude.
- Must be able to work unsupervised and within a team environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Work a rotating roster that includes alternate weekends, and could include Public Holidays.
