About the Role

Euronatural Fine Foods Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and baked goods while maintaining consistency, presentation, and food safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, bake, and present a range of pastries, cakes, and desserts Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent quality and portion control Monitor baking processes including temperature and timing adjustments Decorate and present products to a high standard Maintain a clean and organised kitchen setting Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient preparation

Skills and Requirements Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, or related field (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace Excellent attention to detail and presentation Robust teamwork and communication skills

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
