Opportunity Sales Consultants (Member Support Consultants/MSCs) are the energy behind our clubs. They’re often the first person someone meets when they walk through the doors; the person who helps them take that first step toward a healthier, stronger life. This is a fast‑paced, people‑first role where your energy and drive make a real difference. Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referral campaigns.
- Generate and convert high‑quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create excellent member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club‑based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience. About You
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
- Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
- Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
