Role Overview Join Estia Health as a Cook in our aged‑care homes. In this role you will support the head chef in delivering fresh, nutritious meals that meet the individual needs and preferences of our residents. Responsibilities
- Work alongside the head chef to manage kitchen operations
- Tailor meals to meet individual resident needs and preferences
- Ensure residents are provided with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals
- Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience Qualifications
- CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery
- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen (aged‑care experience highly regarded)
- Ability to prepare a broad range of cuisines and adapt to diverse dietary requirements Benefits
