About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage motor vehicle insurance claims from lodgment to finalisation

Communicate effectively with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and update claim files

Assist with administrative duties and general office support as required

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience:

Robust multitasking and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Previous experience in motor vehicle claims highly regarded

Prior experience in the automotive industry advantageous

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $49,900.00
- $63,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Clyde North VIC 3978: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
