Stepping into this role you will take charge of daily operations and drive excellence and compliance in resident care — all with the support of cutting-edge technology and a passionate, skilled team.

Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT, within a dynamic and expanding national organisation.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience managing medium to large aged care facilities
- Strong understanding of compliance and accreditation requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in operational planning, budgeting, rostering, and resource management
- Comfortable using computer systems and care management software
- Passionate about making a positive difference for residents, families, and staff
- Collaborative, compassionate leadership style that inspires and grows teams
- A Police Check dated within the last year
