**About the Role**: As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping, with a dedication to outdoor work.
- Based at Orana Estate, Clyde North, reporting to the Garden Maintenance Team Leader.
- Duties include hand weeding, herbicide spraying, planting, and mulching.
- Operates equipment such as mowers, edgers, and hedging tools.
- Requires teamwork and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Focus on maintaining high standards in garden care and presentation.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers License
- White Card
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
