Guardian Support Solutions is a values-driven NDIS provider seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.

If you are calm, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disability to live meaningful, independent lives, this role is for you!

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in line with their goals, preferences, and support plans, including:

- Personal care (showering, grooming, etc.)
- Support with daily living tasks
- Community access and social participation
- Skill development and independence building
- Emotional support and encouragement

All work is delivered with respect for dignity, privacy, choice, and control, in line with NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.

Essential Requirements

✔ Current First Aid and CPR certificate

✔ Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

✔ Current National Police Check

✔ Working With Children Check

✔ Minimum Certificate III in Disability Support (or equivalent)

✔ Full Australian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle with insurance

✔ Ability to maintain professional boundaries & confidentiality

✔ Strong communication & person-centred approach

✔ Understanding of duty of care, secure personal care, and safeguarding

Desirable (not essential)
- Experience supporting PEG or NG feeding
- Experience providing personal care supports
- Experience supporting people with disability, autism, ADHD, mental health, or complex needs
- Knowledge of trauma-informed & strengths-based support approaches
