Groundskeeper (Cobram)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to join our team, maintaining the presentation and appearance of our retirement villages, caravan park and factory sites. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and can work independently while maintaining high standards across multiple properties. About the Role PLEASE NOTE: The hourly rate is based on experience, age and skill level Your responsibilities will include:
- Mowing lawns and maintaining garden areas
- Whipper snippering and edging
- Weeding and spraying
- Blowing leaves and keeping grounds tidy
- Trimming, pruning and general garden maintenance
- General labouring
- Maintaining overall property aesthetics and presentation
- Conducting routine inspections of grounds and outdoor areas
- Performing basic maintenance on groundskeeping equipment and tools
- Responding promptly to grounds and maintenance requests Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Flexible hours available for the right candidate
- No weekend work About You The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Have experience in groundskeeping, gardening, landscaping or property maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Be physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
- Be able to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
- Hold a current driver’s licence What We Offer
