About the Role As a Diploma Educator, you will work closely with the leadership team and fellow educators to support children’s learning and development while contributing to a positive and inclusive environment for families and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive setting
- Contribute to documentation and daily centre operations
- Work collaboratively to uphold high-quality practices across the service About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience working in long day care
- Sound knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
