You’ll do more than just repair; you’ll mentor apprentices, encouraging teamwork and growth. Along with on-site visits and after-hours calls, because farming never rests. About You
- Hold a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification, or willingness to acquire.
- Possess a current driver’s licence.
- Strong fault‑finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach.
- Excellent work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
