Disability Support worker needed in Cobram and the surrounding region. The role will include assisting our NDIS participants with a range of support services, including Community Access, Group activities, school pick-up and drop-off, and Domestic Assistance, to enable independence and promote positive health and well-being in both the community and the clients' homes.

Main Duties or Responsibilities School pick up and drop off Taking out in communities, activities, appointments, etc Independent living skill development Assist participants in preparing client meals Standard low needs personal care and personal hygiene Linking or making a referral to other services as per the client's need Assist participants in Household duties, organising the house, cleaning, etc. Assist in medication administration for approved participants

Qualifications/ Requirements : Working with children WWC Check is the required Working with Children check for this position NDIS Worker Screening Check or Willing to apply A fully COVID-19 vaccination certificate Current First Aid Certificate/CPR (or willingness to obtain one) Current Australian Driver's Licence, reliable insured motor vehicle and smart mobile phone/device Computer literacy and access to emails/internet Adaptable availability to cover a range of shifts across the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight Overnight shifts are optional for this position

Experience : Minimum one year of experience.
