QuickCare is partnering with a well-established early learning service in Sydney’s Southwest seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma Educator to join their team.

The service caters for children from 6 weeks to 6 years and offers engaging learning environments, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team culture where educators are genuinely valued.
About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will work closely with the leadership team and fellow educators to support children’s learning and development while contributing to a positive and inclusive environment for families and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Contribute to documentation and daily centre operations
Work collaboratively to uphold high-quality practices across the service
About You
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience working in long day care
Sound knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
