Housekeeper / Guest Support Manager – Airbnb Property (Yarrawonga) We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to care for our 4 bedroom , 2 bathroom short-term rental property in Yarrawonga. Housekeeping Duties:
- Thorough cleaning of the property between guest stays
- Changing and laundering bed linen and towels
- Restocking guest supplies and consumables
- Checking the property for maintenance or damage and reporting any issues
- Ensuring the home is presented to a high standard for each arrival Additional Opportunity – Guest Support & Property Management We would also welcome applicants interested in providing guest support during stays. This role would involve:
- Being the local contact for guests if issues arise during their stay
- Coordinating minor maintenance or trades where required
- Assisting with guest enquiries and urgent matters
- Conducting occasional property checks if needed For applicants undertaking the guest support/property management responsibilities, we offer an additional 10% of the accomodation revenue for bookings where these services are provided. About You:
- Live locally in Yarrawonga or the surrounding area
- Hold your own public liability insurance and any other relevant business insurance
- Reliable, trustworthy and highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays if required
