The Cobram Plant specialises in processing sheep and goats and has the ability to handle over 4,000 head per day, operating five days per week. About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join our Day and Afternoon Shift teams in a full time capacity. These roles will best suit motivated individuals who are committed to providing an effective and professional service and who seek to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the availability, reliability and capability of relevant assets
- Monitoring follow-up and addressing issues associated with the implementation and process of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of equipment and systems. About You
- Have an electrical trade qualification and be experienced in maintenance/repair
- Previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Understanding of work planning and scheduling procedures
- Possess a thorough understanding of maintenance work management practices
