Rental Sales Officer (Coburg)

_Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a _**full-time **_Rental Sales Officer to join our _**Coburg **_team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a _**customer service **_or _**retail sales **_background should apply!_

**About the role**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Checking & cleaning (exterior/interior) of vehicles on return of rentals
- Cross-sales

- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

All applicants must holder a valid **Driver's Licence. **The successful applicant will also be required to submit a **Traffic History** prior to commencement.
