About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Café Cook / Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The role is suited to someone who works well under pressure and has experience in a fast-paced brunch environment. Main Duties Include:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch menu items
- Food preparation and stock rotation
- Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Assisting with kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Following food safety and hygiene requirements
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Assisting with ordering and stock control where required Requirements
- Minimum 1 year café or commercial kitchen experience
- Experience with breakfast/brunch service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety practices
