The Role
The Facilities Manager
- Maintenance Manager will be responsible for delivering Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building and Fire Services.
As a Maintenance Manager you will be coordinate and oversee the delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building and Fire Services for a requests Health care provider for BGIS.
This role is based in Coburg , Melbourne.
Liaising and manage sub-contractors and vendors on site.
Manage the delivery of the contractual obligations.
Delivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budget.
Ensuring that all types, are always operational.
Attending sites at the relevant priority time frames.
Inspect and maintain the BMS (Building Management System).
Provide cost estimates and quotes for works.
Undertake system and asset verification tests.
Skills & Experience
Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, or Hydraulics.
Experience operating an online Work Order Management System.
High level is written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
