- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (we provide training)
- Comfortable reading instructions and using basic measuring tools
- Good problem-solving, math, and mechanical skills
- Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. during shifts On the Job
- Set up and operate machines for imaging, screenmaking, slitting, and ink mixing
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Keep machines running smoothly with light maintenance
- Follow safety guidelines and keep your work area clean
