The Role Now is the time to join the Reformer Pilates team at Genesis Fitness Club, Coffs Harbour. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Reformer PilatesInstructors to work with a great team. You will have the ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team. Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field; new graduates with reformer training are encouraged to apply. Skills & Attributes
- Bright, cheerful and encouraging when instructing and dealing with class participants
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate in Reformer Pilates
- Current fitness registration
- Plan and organise appropriate classes within the facility program timetable
- Prepared to participate in in‑house training
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- National Police Check
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential Previous industry experience is highly regarded! We are committed to providing a child protected environment.
