About The Role… You will be required to work in a fast paced high volume commercial kitchen across a variety of catering options. Your key focus will be contributing to an efficient, innovative and excellent dining experience for our members, guests and visitors Duties/responsibilities Include
- Working cooperatively in a team environment
- Daily preparation of food which may include any of our restaurants or special functions
- Displaying a Can Do attitude
- Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues .
- Contributing positively towards C.ex culture & goals
- Available to work nights , weekends and split shifts.
- Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S; and legal obligations
- Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to contribute to the design of new menus. Salary range: $75,000
- $80,000 depending on experience. About You… To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: Personal Attributes/Qualities
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Friendly & outgoing disposition
- Punctual & Reliable
- Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene
- Initiative, ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
- Team player Skills/experience
- Cert 3 or Cert 1V in Commercial Cookery.
- Demonstrated 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen About Us….
