About The Role

The Warehouse Operator / Customer Service is a full‑time position based at our store in Coffs Harbour
- NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service (walk‑in, email, phone).

Assist in day‑to‑day activities within the store.

Process orders, invoices and payments.

Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store.

Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with forklift or manually as required.

Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.

Assist with deliveries when required.

What You Bring To The Role

Active forklift licence and relevant experience.

Valid driver’s licence.

Strong work ethic, confident and well‑presented when dealing with customers.

Excellent customer service & communication skills.

Eagerness to learn about products and services.

Experience working in a fast‑paced and busy setting.

Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
