As a Graduate Civil Engineer at Northrop, you will:


- Begin your civil engineering career making a real impact on the places where people live, work, and play
- You'll work on real projects with real responsibility, designing civil infrastructure across subdivisions, community civil projects, sporting venues, and road projects
- You'll get hands-on experience with road, earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water, and flooding design
- learning everything from concept through to construction
- You'll be mentored by our Senior Engineers, participate in site investigations, learn industry-standard software like 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC, and contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact Australia You won’t just observe — you’ll contribute!

- Completing or recently completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Previous experience working as an Undergraduate Civil Engineer
