You will be required to work in a rapid paced high volume commercial kitchen across a variety of catering options. Your key focus will be contributing to an efficient, innovative and excellent dining experience for our members, guests and visitors. Duties / Responsibilities Include Working cooperatively in a team environment Daily preparation of food which may include any of our restaurants or special functions Displaying a Can Do attitude Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues. Contributing positively towards C.ex culture & goals Available to work nights, weekends and split shifts. Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S; and legal obligations Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to contribute to the design of new menus. Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 depending on experience. About You Personal Attributes / Qualities Excellent Communications Skills Friendly & outgoing disposition Punctual & Reliable Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene Initiative, ability to work effectively with minimum supervision Team player Skills / Experience Cert 3 or Cert 1V in Commercial Cookery.
