About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated, confident, and capable individual to join our growing administration team. The role is diverse and dynamic. To succeed, you will need to possess a positive attitude, be eager to learn and be highly self-motivated to suit our fast-paced environment. Relevant experience is preferred but not essential. Essential Criteria: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Great phone manner and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client and practice information.
- Be able to work autonomously with little supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Computer literate. Key Responsibilities: We are currently seeking to fill an Administration Assistant role.
- Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the organisation to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, archiving, copying, binding.
- Greeting and directing clients.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain and manage electronic and physical mail.
- Data entry and client-record updates.
- Third-party phone calls and correspondence collation.
