- The future of fitness Employed position (casual position) with ongoing mentoring opportunities. The Role As one of our Fitness Coaches, you will be trained to deliver Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) as part of our revolutionary Coaching Zone program, including MyZone heart‑rate training technology, our full nutrition program, and the Coaching Zone app. You will work closely with our Head Fitness Coach and engage in business development to grow your coaching career. Key Requirements of the Position
- Deliver structured 45‑minute SGPT sessions.
- Participate in weekly coach development.
- Service members in the Coaching Zone program.
- Grow the program through sales, support and training.
- Follow systems and processes.
- Inspire and lead a group of members. What We Are Looking For (Essential)
- Certificate III in Fitness.
- Registration with AusActive.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Working With Children Check (NSW).
- Current driver’s licence.
- Inspirational leadership qualities.
- Strong engaging and coordinating skills.
- Positive, "Can Do" attitude.
- Commitment to child safety: successful applicants will need to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check. Desirable
- Level 1 Boxing.
- Level 1 Kettlebell.
- Strength and Conditioning Level 1.
- Effective Movement Trainer / Mechanics of Lifting / Functional Training qualifications.
