About The Role The Warehouse Operator / Customer Service is a full‑time position based at our store in Coffs Harbour
- NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service (walk‑in, email, phone).
- Assist in day‑to‑day activities within the store.
- Process orders, invoices and payments.
- Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store.
- Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with forklift or manually as required.
- Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
- Assist with deliveries when required. What You Bring To The Role
- Active forklift licence and relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong work ethic, confident and well‑presented when dealing with customers.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about products and services.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced and busy workplace.
