Mbt Lawyers is a leading law firm in the Mid North Coast and Clarence River regions with offices in Coffs Harbour and Grafton.
We are seeking a reliable and professional Full Time General Office Assistant to join our busy law firm.
About the role
The successful candidate will assist with reception duties, accounts administration, and providing general support to our legal assistants and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities General reception duties including greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls and emails
Assisting with accounts tasks including invoicing, receipting, and data entry
File management, scanning, document preparation and archiving
General administrative support to legal assistants and solicitors
Skills & Experience Previous administration experience preferred
Professional presentation and communication skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a busy office setting
Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Experience in a legal office is advantageous but not essential
High degree of skilled integrity and confidentiality
