Warehouse & Customer Service Role – Forklift Essential Full‑time position based at our store in Coffs Harbour – NSW. Monday to Friday 7am–3pm, with overtime available. Requires a forklift licence, relevant experience, valid driver’s licence and forklift licence. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for all customers (walk‑in, email, phone).
- Assist in day‑to‑day activities within the store.
- Process orders, invoices and payments.
- Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising.
- Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
- Perform warehouse operations such as picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
- Assist with deliveries when required. Qualifications
- Forklift licence and relevant experience are essential.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong work ethic.
- Approachable, confident, and well‑presented when interacting with customers.
- Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast‑paced and busy environment.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
