Warehouse & Customer Service Role – Forklift Essential

Full‑time position based at our store in Coffs Harbour – NSW. Monday to Friday 7am–3pm, with overtime available. Requires a forklift licence, relevant experience, valid driver’s licence and forklift licence.

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service for all customers (walk‑in, email, phone). Assist in day‑to‑day activities within the store. Process orders, invoices and payments. Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising. Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required. Perform warehouse operations such as picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping. Assist with deliveries when required.

Qualifications Forklift licence and relevant experience are essential. Valid driver’s licence. Strong work ethic. Approachable, confident, and well‑presented when interacting with customers. Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Experience in a rapid‑paced and busy environment. Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines. Willingness to learn about products and services.
