We are offering an exciting opportunity for a focussed, friendly and motivated person to join our business to work closely with our key leaders in the role of Office Manager.
The position will require someone who has strong organisational skills, a welcoming and professional attitude, and that is passionate about provided exceptional customer service.
**What would the typical work week look like?**
- Managing and coordinating front desk and business administration activities
- Welcoming of visitors and clients, handling and directing enquiries
- Providing assistant services to the Site Manager and the site leadership team
- Planning and coordination of company events, tours and functions across the site
- Drafting and reviewing, company reports and communications
- Coordinating industry and community engagement activities
- Assisting employee enquiries and
- Representing AKD and displaying our values as the first point of contact for the Colac site
**What sort of experience are we looking for in the role?**
- Professional and friendly demeanour with a passion for providing exemplary customer service
- A positive / can-do attitude and happy to assist our dynamic team where required
- Be highly organised and adaptable
- A wide range of communication skills, portraying our company purpose and values
- Exceptional computer skills across a range of software and systems
- High level of integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise qualified judgement and discretion
- Training development and learning will be provided with the potential to earn a qualification.
