The business focuses on connecting shoppers, retailers, and brands to deliver engaging and people-focused activations. With a strong emphasis on creativity, collaboration, and delivering memorable campaigns, the company offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment for marketing professionals. About The Chance The primary purpose of this position is to support the delivery and management of client campaigns across multiple channels from concept through to execution. Reporting directly to the Senior Account team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and campaign delivery
- Assisting with project timelines, budgets, and cost tracking
- Preparing client reports including WIP, status, and contact reports
- Contributing to creative ideation, research, and campaign development
- Supporting campaign execution across digital, in-store, and social channels
- Coordinating launch events and promotional activations
- Assisting with briefing internal teams and managing workflow delivery
- Ensuring quality control across communications, presentations, and outputs About You The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Interest in shopper marketing, promotions, and brand activations
- Ability to contribute to creative thinking and campaign development
